All of our portable buildings come with a 5-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship; a manufacturer's warranty against rot, decay, and termites; and a 40-year warranty on metal roofs.

We are happy to deliver and set-up for free within 50 miles of any dealer on a new order, or within 50 miles from our location in Saint Johns if you're buying right off our lot. If you're further than that from us, delivery cost is $6 per additional mile. Give us a call for more details!
